Rewards & Discounts Program Terms
Effective: August 2025
These Rewards & Discounts Program Terms (“Program Terms”) set out how the Qwik
Discounts Program (“Discounts”) and the Qwik Rewards Program (“Rewards”) (together, the “Programs”) operate. They are part of the Qwik Terms of Use and other Qwik policies
(together, the “Policies”). By using your Qwik Card and taking part in these Programs, you
agree to these Program Terms.
If there is a conflict between these Program Terms and the Policies, these Program Terms
apply to the Programs only. All capitalized words used here that aren’t defined have the
same meaning as in the Policies.
1. Eligibility
- You must have an approved and active Qwik Card in good standing.
- If your account is closed, suspended, or past due, you may lose eligibility to earn or redeem rewards.
- Abuse, misuse, or fraudulent behavior (like self-referrals, fake accounts, or chargeback
schemes) may lead to forfeiture of all earned benefits, account closure, or removal from the Programs.
- Qwik may suspend or permanently block you from the Programs if we determine, in our
discretion, that you’ve violated these Program Terms, the Policies, or applicable law.
2. Qwik Discounts Program
The Discounts Program gives you savings at select merchants (“Participating Merchants”).
- Discounts will not appear on your merchant receipt. Instead, they are credited directly to
your Qwik Card account balance.
- Specific promotions may have rules, such as minimum spend, expiration dates, or
merchant limitations. These will be shown in the Qwik app or through official Qwik
communications.
- Not all transactions qualify. Excluded transactions include (but are not limited to):
• Transactions that do not meet promotion requirements
• Disputed or fraudulent charges
• Transactions later refunded or charged back
• Transactions made while your account is delinquent, frozen, or otherwise not in good
standing
- Qwik decides, in its sole discretion, whether a transaction is eligible.
3. Qwik Rewards Program
The Rewards Program lets you earn Qwik cashback and coins, which may later be redeemed for rewards.
How to Earn Cashback or Coins
You can earn cashback through:
1. Spending – Making qualifying purchases with your Qwik Card.
2. Referrals – Inviting new users who are approved for and activate a Qwik Card using your
referral code.
3. Promotions – Completing special offers or challenges announced by Qwik.
Qualifying Transactions
- Only posted purchases count toward cashback or coins. Pending or declined transactions do not qualify.
- Cashback earned per dollar may vary depending on merchant, category, or promotional
offer.
- If a transaction qualifies for multiple offers, only the best available offer applies.
- Qwik may change, suspend, or end earning structures at any time.
Referrals
- You may share your personal referral code with friends, classmates, or others you know.
- A referral qualifies only if the referred person is approved for a Qwik Card, activates it, and completes the requirements stated in the app.
- Fraudulent or self-referrals will result in forfeiture of Points and may lead to account
closure.
Bonus Opportunities
From time to time, Qwik may award additional coins for actions such as making on-time
payments, signing up for a new feature, or participating in seasonal promotions. Terms for
such promotions will be provided at the time of the offer.
4. Posting, Accrual & Redemption of Points
- Coins/Cashback appear as “pending” after a qualifying activity and become available for redemption once posted, generally within five (5) business days of paying your statement balance.
- Coins may be redeemed for cash back (credited to your Qwik card) or for other rewards
offered in the Qwik app.
- Minimum redemption is $10. Maximum redemption is $500 per calendar month.
- Coins expire two (2) years after the month in which they were earned, unless redeemed
earlier.
- Returned or canceled transactions will cause a reversal of previously earned Points.
Important: Coins are not cash, have no cash value until redeemed, and cannot be
transferred, traded, or sold.
5. Forfeiture of Points or Discounts
You may lose earned Coins or Discounts if:
- Your Qwik Card is closed, suspended, or not in good standing.
- You fail to make required payments on your Qwik account.
- You cancel, return, or dispute a purchase that originally earned Coins or Discounts.
- Qwik finds evidence of fraud, abuse, or prohibited activity.
If Qwik ends or makes a major change to the Programs that reduces the value of Coins
already earned, we’ll give you at least 90 days to redeem them.
6. Errors & Disputes
- It’s your responsibility to check your account and ensure Coins and Discounts are applied correctly.
- If you believe there’s an error, you must notify Qwik within 60 days and provide
supporting proof (such as receipts).
- Qwik may correct errors, deny claims, or adjust balances in its sole discretion.
7. Partner Rewards
- Qwik may partner with outside brands (“Rewards Partners”) to let you redeem Coins for
merchandise, services, or experiences.
- If you use a Rewards Partner, their terms will apply. Qwik is not responsible for their
products, services, or fulfillment.
- Once Coins are transferred to a Rewards Partner, the transfer is final and cannot be
reversed.
8. Other Important Terms
- You have no property rights or vested interest in Coins or Discounts until they are
redeemed or applied.
- Coins and Discounts cannot be inherited, transferred, or assigned.
- Selling or bartering Coins or Discounts is strictly prohibited.
- Qwik may set caps, expiration dates, or additional conditions on accrual and redemption.
9. Program Changes
Qwik may update, suspend, or end the Programs at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or app and take effect when posted unless otherwise required by law.
