Acceptable Use Policy
Qwik products and services are designed for personal, not business, use. By using Qwik, you agree to follow all applicable laws and this Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”). This Policy is part of the Qwik Terms of Use and other Qwik policies. A violation of this Policy is also considered a violation of the Terms of Use. Any capitalized words not defined here have the same meaning as in the Terms of Use.
General Restrictions
When using Qwik services, you must not, and must not allow others to:
- Break any law, regulation, or government requirement.
- Use Qwik for transactions linked to prohibited or high-risk industries, including but not
limited to:
• Sanctioned countries or restricted jurisdictions.
• Certain cryptocurrency exchanges or digital asset platforms.
• Businesses dealing in illegal drugs, controlled substances, or unlicensed cannabis-related products.
• Firearms, weapons, or related services restricted by law.
• Non-bank financial institutions, shell banks, or entities operating without proper
licensing.
• Gambling entities (illegal or restricted online/offshore gaming).
• Businesses or products infringing on intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Adult content or services, sexual encounter businesses, or escort services.
• High-risk financial schemes, such as bearer share issuers, payable-through accounts, or
unauthorized money transmitters.
• Any business, product, or service that Qwik or its banking partners designate as
prohibited.
Fraud, Misrepresentation & Abuse
You also may not:
- Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information to Qwik, our bank partners, or service
providers.
- Create or attempt to maintain more than one personal account without written approval.
- Use false identities, burner emails, fake phone numbers, or otherwise misrepresent
yourself.
- Refuse to cooperate with a Qwik investigation or fail to verify your identity when
requested.
- Dispute legitimate transactions or attempt to receive funds from both Qwik and a
merchant/bank for the same charge.
- Abuse the card system or violate card network rules.
- Attempt to provide yourself (or others) a cash advance from your Qwik Card.
Security & Technical Restrictions
You must not:
- Take actions that overload, damage, or disrupt Qwik systems, apps, or websites.
- Spread malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Interfere with Qwik services, networks, or another user’s access.
- Attempt to hack, bypass, or disable Qwik security measures.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from Qwik software.
- Export or transfer Qwik technology or services in violation of trade or export laws.
User Conduct
In addition, you may not:
- Harass, abuse, or threaten Qwik employees, agents, or other users.
- Use Qwik services for commercial/business purposes or for anyone other than yourself.
- Copy, use, or display Qwik trademarks or content except as allowed by law or with Qwik’s written permission.
Enforcement
If you engage in any prohibited activity, Qwik may suspend or terminate your account, block transactions, report suspicious activity to regulators, and take any other action allowed under law or our agreements.
