Prohibited Industries
You must not use Qwik for transactions linked to:
Sanctioned countries
Illegal drugs or substances
Firearms or weapons
Gambling or illegal gaming
Adult content or services
High-risk financial schemes
Technical & Fraud Restrictions
You also may not:
- Provide false identity, burner emails, or fake phone numbers.
- Spread malware, viruses, or disruptive code.
- Attempt to provide yourself a cash advance from your Card.
- Reverse engineer or extract source code from Qwik software.
Enforcement
If you engage in any prohibited activity, Qwik may suspend or terminate your account, block transactions, and report suspicious activity to regulators as allowed under law.
